In order for IDRS to continue to maintain quick turnarounds and high standards for our customers, we employ only the best in the field. Below is a list of our management team and client service representatives.


Mark Weeks

President & CEO

Mark Weeks has been the President and CEO of IDRS since June 2005.

Prior to joining IDRS, Mark worked at Canada Wide Media for almost 18 years. During that time Mark held a variety of positions including Director of Circulation for all publications, and General  Manager of TV Week and the Specialty Publishing Division. Mark is a circulation marketing specialist with over 18 years experience in magazine circulation and marketing.

Mark is a graduate of BCIT in the Marketing and Professional Sales program.


Konrad Blonski, BSc

Operations Manager

Being born and raised in Poland, Konrad immigrated to Canada with his parents and sister when he was 14 years old. In 2004, he completed his undergrad at SFU with a degree in science and then naturally, pursued a career in business.

Konrad has been streamlining processes and positively impacting IDRS’s bottom line since 2007. His ability to see outside of the box continually results in improved work flow efficiencies, increased communications as well as the development of customized software programs that mutually benefit IDRS and our clients. Employees and clients alike would concede that Konrad has become the IDRS “Go – to – guy”.

In his spare time, he gets his geek on by staying abreast of all the latest technology trends, gadgets and gizmos. He also enjoys travelling and spending time with his friends and family.


Walter Lai

Accounting Manager

Originally born in Hong Kong, Walter went to school in Edmonton, Alberta before moving to Vancouver in 1996 and starting with IDRS. He has worked his way up through the accounting department and today is the Accounting Manager.

Walter also oversees the mail opening and fulfillment services at IDRS, also keeping a keen eye on the bottom line.

Walter spends a lot of his time outside of work reading and watching movies, but he also loves to travel with his wife and kids.


 

Jamie Tremblay

Production Manager

Born and raised in Vancouver, Jamie is the production guru at IDRS. Jamie started as the Production Manager at IDRS in 2007 and spending nearly 10 years working as the Production Manager at Western Mail-Tech.

No matter what you’re looking to do for your next campaign, Jamie will find a way to make it happen! He loves the variety in his work and is always looking forward to the next challenge.

Outside of work Jamie is a big hockey fan and supporter of his kids who are active in hockey, soccer, and a variety of other sports.


Cheri Duncan

Account Executive

With a direct mail career spanning nearly 15 years Cheri is an expert in all areas of direct mail. Before joining IDRS in 1998, Cheri also spent some time in database management and consulting at another local direct mail company.

Since joining IDRS Cheri has worked in a number of different roles continuing to expand her customer service and consulting knowledge on a daily basis. She is currently our International mailing specialist, having travelled to trade shows all over the world.

Cheri is IDRS’ first aid attendant and also loves hiking through all of the great wilderness that BC has to offer.


Crystle Blonska

Account Executive

Crystles passion for marketing and experience in the print industry has been a valued asset at IDRS since January of 2008, but it is her attention to detail and commitment to her clients that makes her a valued customer service rep.

Crystle embraces direct marketing with enthusiasm, not only is she a certified direct marketer but she is actively working towards completing her Marketing Diploma from BCIT.

When there is time for play Crystle enjoys entertaining, spending time with family and friends as well as weekend getaways with her husband. And having already spent a few years overseas she admits to having a soft spot for long European vacations.


Chiharu Maebara

Account Executive

Born in Fukuoka, Japan, Chiharu is the newest addition to our client services team. Chiharu has spent nearly six years working with IDRS, working primarily as a postal administrator ensuring that all deliveries to Canada Post go out on time.

With her previous skills Chiharu knows all of the in and outs of the Canada Post regulations and can be a great resource for you in planning your next direct mail campaign.

We asked her what she likes to do outside of work and of course she said eating and sleeping, but Chiharu does like to spend time at the gym and get away with her husband for fishing trips all throughout BC.


Anita Chandhar, BA

Account Executive

Anita has been a part of the IDRS team for nearly 10 years and by no stretch is a multi-faceted asset to IDRS.  Anita’s Island upbringing translates into being an outgoing & communicative person which allows her to really connect with her clients.

Her experience in both International and Domestic markets in conjunction with her IT background adds unique value to the client services team. She is a methodical thinker; detail orientated and is always motivated to find win win solutions for her clients and IDRS.

Anita is a devoted wife and mother who LOVES food and shopping online. Camping, fishing and or hiking, not so much.
